I am so tired of being told to lose weight.
Why should I lose weight? Topleaseyou? Let me tell you something. If I am okay with the way I look, then there is not problem here. Why is it such a horrendous thing to be overweight? Throughout history being overweight has been a sign of wealth. Sure, blame it on the fact that people are lazy, but then answer me this: Do I choose to be picked on? Do I choose for people to discriminate against me? Is this what I want in life? No. No, it’s really not. If I am so repulsive to you because I do not fit the society norms, then you are not worth my time. Weighing more just means there is more of me for you to know, and so give me a chance. I am damn happy with myself. There is so much more to someone than meets the eye.
